Cooking with Maple

Maple syrup and sugar can be used in many recipes for baking or cooking. We generally recommend when using maple
syrup in a recipe to substitute approximately ¾ of a cup of maple syrup for 1 cup of cane sugar. You may need to slightly
reduce the amount of liquid in the recipe to accommodate the syrup. However, when using maple sugar we suggest a
one-to-one substitution for cane sugar.
